At Melrose we encourage people to find their own place; laugh, joke, communicate effectively, grow as individuals and as a group, or simply spend time alone. We will ensure there is freedom to act in a way that always suits the needs of the individuals .
There is a registered nurse on duty 24 hours a day and when more specialist treatment is required clinical speech and language therapists, dieticians, psychiatrists and other trusted specialist service providers are on hand.
I just wanted to say, we are really happy with the care Mum is receiving. It's the little things we see that you do that make all the difference and shows you do more than simply the basics. Thank you and carry on with the caring way you do
I want to say a big thank you to all the staff and nurses. Mums care was just wonderful. You have all been so thoughtful and kind to mum and also to me. We have no regrets she was at Melrose. You are such stars!! Mum thought you were all marvellous. BC
